Terms and Policies of Enrollment
- Register early to guarantee your place.
- Registration is confirmed only upon receipt of payment.
- Registration is accepted throughout the year pending availability.
- Please note that refunds will only be provided if the cancellation notice is received at least 2 weeks before the start date of the class that the student is registered in, or 2 weeks before the next payment instalment date. A $50 administration fee will apply.
- NSF cheques will be subject to an administration charge of $35.
- There will be no make-up classes for classes missed by students
- Should inclement weather force the cancellation of a class, a complementary make-up class will be made available.
- Ballroom Dancing with Ivy assumes no responsibility for loss or damage to property, or for personal injury or mishap; all activities are undertaken at the risk of the participant.
